Inject, Process and Deliver. Nothing gets stored
Security can be compromised, so as the data. But, what if there is no DATA at all to hack. MimePost introduces NDCC, a cloud communication platform where all your email communication and user-related data always remains in transit, and nothing gets stored on disk.
Every year, thousands of data breach [wiki] happens. And, only a few get the limelight. These breaches are exposing billions of personal (PII) data like Email address, Name, Password, Location, Gender, Credit Balance every year on the darknet and making it available for others to download. Here is a free tool where you can check whether any of your email address was a part of these data hacks.
Most of the unreported breaches happen with the third-party service providers with whom you integrate and share data to get their services.
No doubt, every provider has its unique ways to keep the data protected and secure. But, the ultimate truth is, DATA is anyways lying in some or the other form on their servers. And, nothing can stop hackers from unlocking these security barriers and making your data available for others to access.
One solution, which everyone thinks of is- Let's start building own version of software in-house, but that's not the scalable solution. No one wants the team, to focus on something which is not a core to its business.
MimePost solves this problem of data security with its NDCC.
MimePost uses its NDCC framework to deliver your emails without storing any of the personal information on the cloud. Whether you use SMTP or HTTP APIs, it merely accepts the request and processes for delivery. It delivers the email to its destination without storing a penny about the recipient like the recipient's email address or any other psychographic/demographic information like Name, Gender, Age and others. When nothing is stored then, Is there anything worth to steal?
That matters most
As a developer, you can pick any good open-source library and can set up your server to start sending emails, but the real challenge starts when your volume grows and your team starts sending different types of emails targeted on a variety of email list; As the volume will start growing, you will start building your own infrastructure to support the volume You will end up in a situation where you need to start configuring multiple networks to divert different types of emails from different route to protect your sender reputation.
With every new network, you will be getting a new range of IP addresses which need to be managed and monitored 24x7 on various anti-spam listings to take proactive actions to protect the reputation. Many third-party email solutions claim to solve this for you but with a significant up-front cost. And, you end up negotiating and switching contracts between them.
MimePost eliminates these challenges, allowing you to start sending email in minutes without worrying about the cost (which is actually a one fit for all).
High deliverability, that is what is the probability of your emails reaching into the recipient's inbox is primarily based on the reputation of your sender domain and the IP address which is been used to send these emails. And, the reputation is determined by the historical trends of content which a particular address is sending. MimePost maintains a strong reputation among mailbox providers not just by actively filtering spam and malicious content but more because MimePost don't really have those spam in its network. Surprised! Yes, you heard it right, MimePost is not just any other platform it's actually a SPAM FREE platform, where utmost care has been taken to onboard only the good email senders.
MimePost have good email senders only, that's good? But, how it's good for you?
The simple and technical answer to this is- When many good senders use the same network to send their emails, then the reputation of that network is bound to go up. This means the network of IP addresses which will be allocated to your MimePost account will be the one which is already carrying a high reputation and been recognized by all major mailbox providers.
MimePost offers primarily two methods of sending emails, the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) interface and the MimePost Email API. You can either access the native APIs or by using various plugins, integrations or by simply checking out MimePost Software Development Kit (SDK) from Github.
Sending generic emails is now a school of old thoughts and sending those will lead to a lower engagement rate. This is exactly why MimePost gives you feature not just to greet your audience like Hi Mike or Dear Jazz within your email body, but it does beyond that by giving you the flexibility to personalise various sections of your emails. Your customers receive highly-personalized messages that they are more likely to engage with.
How does it work?
When you send an email, you specify a template with placeholders and the values of those placeholders for each recipient. MimePost automatically removes the placeholders from your messages and replaces them with the unique values you specified.
Every email which is received by an internet service provider (ISP) is being authenticated before delivering it to the actual mailbox of the recipient. The authentication process involves checking whether the sender owns the email address from which the email is been sent or not, whether the IP addresses which is sending these emails are authenticated to send emails on the behalf of the sender or not. To do some of these authentications, the industry has built a couple of popular frameworks like SPF, DKIM and DMARC. MimePost is compliant and supports all such authentication mechanism.
By default, MimePost sends your emails from IP addresses that are shared with other MimePost customers. The reputation of these IP addresses are as good as dedicated IP address, in fact in some cases, it is better than that too. The simple reason lies in the concept of building an exclusive good sender network. Good Sender Network (GSN) which sends high-quality content which has a history of getting over 35% open rate.
Given that so, if you are a large sender or still want to send emails only from a dedicated address, then you can simply lease out the required number of dedicated IP addresses from MimePost to send your emails from.
For more information about requesting dedicated IPs contact MimePost's technical support.
MimePost not just ensures that your emails are reaching on-time but also transparently shares the report in real-time of your email sending activity like bounces, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, abuse complaints etc over webhooks and APIs.
You can use these real-time feeds to not only fine-tune your email sending strategies but also can take real-time actions or start a conversation with the email recipient.
With MimePost, there are no upfront costs and no minimum commitments. You pay as you go, and you pay only for what you use. The first 100,000 emails you send each month are free. You pay $0.1 for every 1,000 emails you send after that.
You pay only for what you use
No subscriptions, no contract negotiations, and no minimum charges.
$0 for the first 100,000 emails you send each month, and $0.1 for every 1,000 emails you send after that.
When you send a single message to several recipients, you pay for each recipient. For example, if you send a single email with 100 recipients on to "To:" line, you pay the same amount you would if you sent 100 emails to individual recipients.
You can lease a sending IP address, and that will be reserved for your exclusive use. You pay $20 per month for each dedicated IP address you lease. If you lease a dedicated IP address in the middle of a month, MimePost adjusts the price for the first month based on the number of days remaining in the month. If you decide that you no longer want to lease a dedicated IP address, MimePost adjusts the fee you pay for the final month based on the number of days that have already elapsed in the current billing cycle.
The pricing works very transparently and you are charged for what you used.

We'll get back to you as soon as we read. Mostly in an hour time, but sometimes yes we do take a nap :)

Never reinvent the wheel.
This philosophy inspired us to believe in the philosophy of BUILD.
But, yes we don't want to BUILD something which is already there, neither we want you to keep building something which is already solved or there are better ways to solve that. Email sending and getting emails delivered in the inbox is one such problem, which everyone is trying to solve in their swag.
Our past 15 Years of collective work in the industry with mid to high volume senders has helped us to now lay down the roadmap for new-age email senders. Now, its time to unlearn and build something really useful for the industry.
We’re truly a family. A dream which was started by three nerds Tabrez, Sachin and Ashish, is now on a journey to build a full-fledged product and a company. We work together, we have fun together and love to go on frequent team retreats. We believe that doing what you love is just a part of the equation. It’s about doing what you love with people you respect and enjoy being around.
With that culture and beliefs, we are on a mission to build a product, which not only solves your email related problems but also transparent enough to earn your trust.

We’ve created our own set of rules to protect the reputation of our clients and their intended recipients. Not only do these rules help us identify spammers, but they also help increase your deliverability and build a strong sending reputation.
Unfortunately, failing to observe these rules could affect your ability to send through and to use our services. In some cases, it can lead to a rate limitation on your emails, or temporary or permanent account suspension.
Defined below are core statistics the MimePost team references when reviewing email accounts and sending practices. Please familiarize yourself with this chart and work to stay below these acceptable thresholds. Accounts with statistics above these numbers can face account suspension and in some cases, termination and penalties. Prior warning of such actions will be given in all cases unless the risk is deemed to be critical to the security of MimePost’s infrastructure.
|Statistic Thresholds||Acceptable levels*||Additional details|
|Bounces||≤ 5%||Calculated on the number of messages that have bounced|
|Unsubscribes||≤ 1.2%||or 1% if unsubs > clicks|
|Blocks||≤ 30%||Blocks should be ≤ 30%|
|Spam Complaints||≤ 0.08%||When sending over 1000 but never more than 50 complaints per day|
|Spamtrap||≤ 1||Spamtrap hits & unjustified abuse complaints|
* MimePost reserves the right to update the parameters of the acceptable sending threshold without prior notice.
