A trigger is the event in an app that starts the Zap. Once you set up a Zap, Zapier will monitor the app for that event. For example, when every new row added in your spreadsheet, you will receive an emails through your Gmail account, but the Zap isn't triggered until the row updates in your chosen spreadsheet
An action is the event that completes the Zap. For example, the row added in your spreadsheet, the action is emailing to your given email address. In this case we will Mimepost Email Service.
