What is Zapier ?
Zapier is an online automation tool that connects your favorite apps, such as Gmail, Slack, Mimepost, and more. You can connect two or more apps to automate repetitive tasks without coding or relying on developers to build the integration.
What is Mimepost ?
MimePost Offers Secure SMTP & Email API Service. Inject, Process and Deliver where Nothing gets stored. You can use MimePost in Action with Trigger to automate event alert using mail.

Now Lets learn What are Zaps , Trigger And Actions.
ZAP
A Zap is an automated workflow between your apps. For example, you may have a Zap that when any row added in your spreadsheet you will receive an custom email. Zaps consist of at least two parts: a trigger and one or more actions.
Triggers
A trigger is the event in an app that starts the Zap. Once you set up a Zap, Zapier will monitor the app for that event. For example, when every new row added in your spreadsheet, you will receive an emails through your Gmail account, but the Zap isn't triggered until the row updates in your chosen spreadsheet
Actions
An action is the event that completes the Zap. For example, the row added in your spreadsheet, the action is emailing to your given email address. In this case we will Mimepost Email Service.

Now lets start practically
Requirements :
- Create an account on Mimepost.
- Login into your Zapier account.
- Create a Sheet in Google Spreadsheet
Step 1
Open the Zapier account dashboard then go to the option "Make A Zap"

Step 2 (Creating Trigger for our Google Sheet New Row Update )
Now In the Trigger Option Search for Google Sheet then select it.

Then Select "New Spreadsheet Row" in Trigger Event Option and click on "Continue".

Then Connect your Google Account with Zapier then Continue.

Lets select Spreadsheet and Worksheet from your google account. In this case we have Spreadsheet named "Untitled spreadsheet" and Worksheet named "sheet1". And then Continue

Now Its Time to Test Your Trigger.

A successful test will be like this in the image below :

Congrats now you have successfully Completed Step 2.

Now lets Configure Our Action for an email alert
Step 3 (Creating an action with MimePost)
- First choose MimePost app & event then Continue.

- Second select "Send Email" option and then continue.

- Now yo have to login with MimePost account using API Key
Get your MimePost API Key here

Now after sign in to MimePost it will open a popup asking you to Enter API Key to authenticate your account.

After authentication done select your account with shown username then continue.

Now you have to complete all required inputs in the form
From Name
: From name for the mailSender Name
: name/alias before the email id (ex: In "jhon@example.com" jhon is username )Sender Domain
: It will list your Approved Domains To
: Sender's email IdSubject
: Subject for your mailMessage Body
: HTML or Text Body for your mail
